Wowee! A lot has happened in the past few months since I last posted. To think that a cow getting stuck in our fence was the highlight of the week for me! I feel bad, but I haven't really blogged since I got onto facebook. It just seems like blogging takes a lot longer! But I digress...
Ava Mackenzie Rotz was born on July 27, 2009 at 9:07 PM weighing 8 lbs 12 ozs. She was 19 inches long. Crazy, huh! And to think my doctor kept saying I was measuring small. She had (and still HAS) lots of curly hair. She is amazing! I love being a mom!
Ben has been traveling back and forth to California for work, and we are moving down this weekend for good. I will fly down next Tuesday with Ava to meet him. We will be living in Ladera Ranch- a part of Orange County by Irvine. I'm looking forward to being settled and being with Ben again, but first we will get to stay in a hotel for a week until our rental house is ready. Oh boy, oberto!
We had Ava's baby blessing while my father was in town and were able to have most of our family members here for it. It was nice. The Oquirrh temple dedication was that day, so we had the blessing at our house. My only regret is that we didn't get pictures of Ben, Ava and I together.
Well, that's the 411 on our lives. Thanks everyone for staying in touch. We love you all!
